MindPlay Reading is a highly effective program which, when combined with great teaching, allows students to increase their fluency and comprehension at a higher than usual rate. The success of any academic program is measured by student growth. MindPlay Reading has met our students where they are at and in one semester 66% of these students have increased their reading proficiency by one grade level or more.
I love MindPlay and the intensive phonics approach; it works with our students. We are seeing great gains with our students’ skills and the students are invested in getting better with mindplay.
MindPlay's TEKS standards alignment serves as a framework to guide classroom instruction. The alignment provides a clear set of grade-level objectives to ensure students are receiving the required instructional content.
Because MP is aligned with TEKS, real-time reports help teachers identify students' key standards-based skills and knowledge to help them tailor classroom instruction and meet the diverse needs of learners.
The MP Parent Report provides teachers with data to inform families about their child’s progress through a standards-aligned curriculum.
